Andrew is a proudly born and raised Hamiltonian!
Before joining Ambitious Realty Advisors, Andrew attended Mohawk College to complete an electrical apprenticeship. Andrew was working as an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers when he and his partner, Amanda, purchased their first home together. The transaction, where he represented himself, inspired Andrew to attend OREA Real Estate College and pursue a career in Real Estate.
Andrew is committed to growing his business on a strong foundation of client satisfaction, and cites his practice of building strong trust-based relationships, putting his clients’ interests first, and being available for support (even after closing!) as the reason for his success. And since joining Ambitious Realty in 2015, Andrew is proud to say that he has closed nearly 50 deals using this method.
In addition to his full-time work as a Sales Representative at Ambitious, Andrew maintains his IBEW Union membership, is a homeowner, a proud family man and a father of two! In his spare time, you’ll find Andrew playing a round at Chedoke or King’s Forest Golf Club, in the park or at the beach with his family, or participating in one of Ambitious’ many community events and volunteer opportunities. Andrew aspires to change the public’s perception of Real Estate professionals with his business model. In his own words, “I want people to know that there are good ones out there, and that we care about our clients. It’s about the relationship, not the transaction.”
